Which European city is better: Rome, Paris, London, Barcelona or Madrid?

I would like to know where the atmosphere is better. I like bigger cities. Which one is bigger and more crowded? Where do nicer people live? Which one is safer and cleaner? Where is better weather?

Barcelona is great if you want to see the locals perform the Sardana dance and enjoy the sculptures and artwork in the Guggenheim Museum (it's the second Guggenheim Museum in the world; the first being located in New York City) plus the best of all Flamenco dancing competitions.

I have been to them all, and my favourite is Barcelona. It got the food, the drink, the party, the art, the shopping, the weather, the music, the lust for life.

All expensive cities to spend time in, i prefer the cheaper european cities, Krakow in Poland is very nice.
....and Croatia has it all...........Belgrade is a nice cheap city to visit also.
In Spain, i recommend Bilbao ..and the coast-line towns near-by.
in England...Norwich.
in Italy....Naples
in france....Lyon

Rome is the oldest and with the most monuments.And the ancestors of my land Romania come from this city.
