In November 2006, the Danish Football Association nominated eight Danish national team footballers for the "Best Danish Footballer of All Times" award. The public could vote for the nominated players through the TV 2 broadcasting channel, and Michael Laudrup won the award with 58% of the votes.

I m not Danish but Schmeichel is definitely the most famous of them. And the other famous Danish players are Lars Olsen, Laudrup and Gravesen.

i'm not from denmark either.but i think Nicklas Bendtner could be the
famous danish player (for me!).he's a sriker who on loan to birmingham city from arsenal fc.and other famous danish player is dani agger,i think..
