You don't need to eat sugar to have normal blood sugar, and in fact you are much better off than people who crave sugar and eat it all the time. As long as you feel okay, you don't need to see a doctor. Sugar is NOT an essential nutrient, and you will be fine if you avoid it completely. Most people would be better off if they never ate any sugar. If this distaste for sugar causes you to avoid naturally sweet foods such as fruits, make sure you get sufficient vitamin C in your diet, as much vitamin C comes from fresh fruit. (But non-sweet foods such as potatoes can also be good sources.)

The glucose level in your blood is maintained when you eat carbohydrate. Concentrated sugar is not necessary.

Indeed, what it probably means is that your diet is more healthy than most people's.

However, the intolerance of sweet foods is alarming, and it might be worth finding out why it exists.

its not right that if you not eat concerntrated sugar items then your blood sugar level decreases. You'ld include foods containing glucose in your daily diet. If you eat balanced diet then no need to eat sweet items to raise your blood sugar level.
