Excellent question - Morrissey is fantastic, he's one of the few people I've heard of who is more miserable and sardonic than I am. (This is a compliment.)
His solo stuff? Every Day Is Like Sunday, without a doubt.

as were your arsenal and vauxhall and i.
my personal favourite is probably we hate it when our friends become successful, just because of the circumstances surrounding him at the time.
very witty wry dry and scathing towards his former colleagues who were trying to kick him while he was at his lowest.
also certain people i know, just for the verse i take the cue from certain people i know, i use the cue and then i hand it on to you.
and when i swing it, something catches his eye..
suedehead, playboys, sunday, heart is full, more you ignore me, alma matters, irish blood, first of the gang...
actually, it's far easier to have a least favourite morrissey song.
although i'm hard pushed to do so at present...
