I have a 5 year old boy, so I will try my best to answer this question.
When a baby cannot walk it is called an *Infant*.. Then when the baby starts to walk, thay are called a *toddler*. And I think they stay a toddler until they are about 2 and a half-three years old. Then after 21/2-3, they are just a *child*.
I hope this sounds about right.
Take Care hun, *hugs*
