Actually he did have a snow plow business in one of the episodes, but Barney (BBBeeeelllllccchhh) sobered up, bought a new truck with a bigger plow on it and had stolen Homer's business. If he were couped up inside and snowed in, I'm sure he'd be stocked with enough Duff beer (Mmmmmm, beer!) and potatoe chips (Mmmmmm potatoe chips!) for a few weeks, after which he'd hibernate on the sofa watching "Itchy and Scratchy" cartoons with the kids.

I think he might ask Bart to go shovel the driveway, when he'd say no, he'd choke him obviously. Lisa will be doing homework and Marge will be cleaning. He might try to get Flanders to do it, or he might just leave it like that. If it's a lot of snow though, he might get his driveway plowed.
Wasn't there one episode where he was Mr. Plow?
I bet he'll just leave it there and try to just drive over it, he's very lazy.

He would hire out a snow plow and get money off everyone when he clears their drive. - But that is an episode. And i think everyone has mentioned this.
So I think he wouldn't go into work (pull a sicky) and He and Bart would make snow angels in the snow and make rude snowmen and throw snowballs at Flanders house, till they smashed a few windows!

Well, we've already seen him do the whole snow plow thing. So my best guess is that he would build a huge snow fort in the back yard and turn it into Springfield's coolest nightspot, sort of like those ice bars in Scandinavia. Of course, the whole plan would get a rather frosty reception from Marge.
