If we know the basic fact that life is momentary, the aspect of fear will lose its existence. Fear is due to the fealing of insecurity at a given moment. If we inculcate the habit of living in the present and not to ponder over about future, I do believe that fear will automatically go.

People are so scared many a times because instead of doing their own work they would like to poke their nose in other's business and life which at times, their saddistic pleasure can make them feel so afraid and leaves them with no peace most of the time.

it is ignorance...... if you love some one you won't fear to them.. i mean you will follow their thoughts. if you fear you cannot love.. it is suitable to spirtualism too...
