My advice is B and D. Those need to be diagnosed and treated. A and C can be treated at home with proper first-aid techniques, most of which are common sense. Take an OTC pain reliever(Tylenol) or anti-inflammatory (Motrin) for the muscle soreness and wash, apply topical antibiotic cream to the skin abrasions and cover them if they are bad abrasions. B and D need to be diagnosed before any treatment is given whether it be at home or in the hospital. Excessive bleeding could be a sign of something serious-you never know, and could require care in the hospital. Shin splints should also be diagnosed because the symptoms are closely related to symptoms of other more serious conditions. Once a diagnosis of shin splints is made the treatment and maintenance can be done at home. Just be sure first. Good luck

You really need to read "Stop Shin Splints" by Gary Buchenic (also available in electronic format here: http://www.shinsplintscure.org ). It's about how to permanently cure your shin splints naturally. Worked for me and for thousands of people. Good luck!
