You may visit the Gynae right now.
Or wait another week or two, when the condition of the uterus etc can be better checked.

make sure you get on pre nates right away w/ at least 800mg of folic acid then after that it is up to you when you go see the doctor i waited almost 13 wks before i went in and they said that was normal but if you wait that long i would sugest getting a blood test and typing because they can tell you how far along you are from your hormones and if you will have any RH factors with your blood.

I found out I was pregnant on Jan. 18, and didn't have my 1st prenatal check up until today (feb. 22 at 9 weeks pregnant). I would consult your wife's doctor asap and see what they recommend. Congratulations and good luck!

You have plenty of time right now. If she is feeling healthy so is the baby. Make an appointment and start the routine check ups .
Word of the wise...when you have reached your boiling point..get a bottle of Jack Daniels and get drunk. It worked for me.

i would recommend asap so that you get the best information on do's and don'ts and also the to-be-mommy gets monitored as early as possible. Congratulations! This will be a trying time but a wonderful experience when you look back.
