Yes, I think it's possible. But I don't think it's fair to your first love, if there is one, to go after someone else if he/she thinks you're in a monogamous relationship. Life is hard sometimes, and hard choices have to be made.

Of course, it's possible to be in love with (at least) several people at once. But this is not recommended, since it is confusing and exhausting!

Another thing to consider is, just because I can fall in love with 10 people at once, doesn't mean I should go out and do that. What about my adult responsibilty to my first love?

Sometimes it's smart to keep things simple, and so, in this context, monogamy is just plain easier.

well! i think am going through the same, am in love with 2 guys and only one of them knows about the other and it doesn't bother him at all........
This happened when i had relationship problems and thats when i met guy number two, i hope to let go of one of them some day because i don't think this is right

My guess is no. If it were truly love and not lust or infatuation, you wouldn't be deceiving one or both of the individuals you are with now. (assuming they know nothing of the other)
