No they're not hairy all over. But they're not nearly so likely to shave everything as American women are. Many European women are to be seen wearing a moustache and many European men like it that way, because girls who can grow a moustache have more testosterone and are better at the physical side of a relationship.

the reply isn't any. French women shave their legs and armpits. purely so that you recognize, the component of France you could call Mediterranean is amazingly small. purely the south, south west.
