I rently learned about wool felt doll making, however, I am unable to find any websites on it. Besides the websites that sell the wool. Wool felt dolls are dolls that are make from a ball of wool felt and a special needle. I was wondering if anyone was into this sort of thing or if anyone knows of any websites that would be useful. I DON'T need the websites about the materials. Thanks

Needle felting. Google for Sharon Costello's website for instructions. You need a needle felting kit, which has a foam pad, some instructions, and the triangular felting needles. If you haven't had a relatively recent (within the last 5 years) tetanus shot, you really should have one before you attempt this, those little needles are very sharp, and very fragile and can cause puncture wounds easily. You roll and shape your wool fibers loosely and then poke them on the foam pad (which protects your surface or your legs from most punctures) to felt them with the needles, and this also allows you to shape and detail them quite specifically. It is time and work intensive to do, but does have some lovely results.
