Tricky Dicky Nixon! He was fanatical AND notorious about spying on everyone around him; he despised the media and he didn't trust many around him (because of his devious and corrupt nature). He and Edgar J. Hoover (yeah, famous for cross-dressing) had a fanatical obsession about finding out people's dirty secrets or their peccadilloes to blackmail them into doing things against their will.
