we do not need a foriegn criciter as a coach because if we have a coach of our own then communication problems will be less and the coach will have the spirit that the team of his own nation will play and so a better guidence will be given.

My only answer to this question is that we do not need foreign cricketer as a coach because there are a good number of cricketeers in India who could be given the responsbility of becoming a coach of India.i do not want to mention the names because they are well known by the people of India and also by the board of directors of ICC also

Not really, provided retired Indian Cricketers take up coaching profession and earn their name in coaching as has been done by some of the foreign coaches.

It is not that we want only foreign coaches but it is that we dont have very good coaches in India.I accept the fact that there are great players in india but they are not well equiped to be a coach.
The country which he belongs to does not count only the knowledge that he has to build a team counts....

We need good coaches, foreigners or Indians does not matter but at the same time we need good students too !

i do not think this is a problem. only thing is that the selection committee should have vengsarkar as the boss for the next 5 years at least and he should be on the payroll( just like the coach) of bcci.

not necessarily, but we need to have a better cricketer who has played enough matches and has better experience. als he should be aware of all technical skills on the ground.

it doesn't matter if a coach is foreigner or of ones nation.He should have skill ,determination,control power and good personality.He should be able to make the team into one unit and make them win matches.
