My advise if you have tried to uninstall it from

Start>Control Panel>SELECT PROGRMME>Uninstall

and it still does not work go to

C://>Programme Files>(LOOK FOR THE FILE NAME) and Delete that folder, and then if it is ne where else just right click and delete, then empty your reclying bin, i would also advise a scan disk after then a disk deframetation!

If all else fails, do a system restore, and then restore the computer back to before the file was installled, i would backup all work before the restore (ON A PEN DRIVE)

Hope this helps good sir

I take it remove program doesn't work? Try safe mode (F8) on bootup see if that helps. Go back to where you downloaded it from see if they have an uninstall for the program. It may be in use is why you can't delete it take it out of start up directory reboot and see if that helps.
