why im asking this ?, if it is any possibility to retrieve hidden infromations from mind or consciousness, why not our law system use this technique to find the TRUE accused from many suspicious.. ofcourse, now a days lots of techniques are available like Lie Detector..., but i think it is more powerful than all.
give your suggestions..

No one can be made to do - in hypnosis - what they feel is wrong. So, if a person who has committed a criminal act feels that it would be against their own self interest to tell the truth, then they will lie - even under hypnosis.
The lie detector works on the differing electronic Resistance of the skin when a person is under stress.
Where hypnosis is excellent in police work is the accessing of memories which are shut off because of trauma or other form of lost memory. This must be done by a specialist though because it is very easy to change a memory.
Body Language is also a very powerful way to determin wether a person is lying.

It's brain wave lie detector. Actual fancy technology name, i forgot already,
It is a lie detector that detect your brain activities because expert says your brain is like a hard disk which seek info when executed. That's where die detector kick in whether u lie or not.
