I read, not unsurprisingly, that we have been ranked as the Worst country in the world in which to bring up children. Shall we add it to last week's report that placed England in the 34 position In The World for its 'Quality of Life' ?? - France, 1st, Argentina 10th, Middle-Africa somewhere in the 20's - we stuck at 34 ! Is this a surprise? No, not really.
Let's gather our other 'records': Highest number of paedophiles in the west living in our communities; child killers and rapists galore; drunkedness as a very favourite 'social' pass-time' ; Pretend to be the leading nation in the Brit. Isles and yet we are ruled by the Scots (and my highest respect for the northerners, by the way); we are surrounded by water and nobody knows how to ruddy swim; we go abroad into those lucky countries that have sunshine (remember that round, shiny disk?) and we burn in blotches; We invent football and for 40 years can't find the opponents goal. No wonder we are laughed at.

its actually trendy to be rude and ignorant, on 2 counts, ignorant ill mannered and ignorant thick.
ASBO's are looked on as being awards, blame the parents, i've said it as a youth and now as a parent, you should have to apply to have kids, too many unfit parents and un-wanted pregnancys.
