This is a problem that requires medical help and I am not being mean. If you have a hard time coping with simple problems then you need to see a doctor. That you recognize the problem is a big step in getting help. There are medications available that help people with your problem don't wait get some. Don't be embarrassed to admit you need help it is far better than the alternative. Suicide is never the right answer it's just the most convenient at the time. You are already on the right track by seeking help here now you need to go where the real help is. I wish you well and look forward to hearing your doing better.

First of all, remember to the world you are someone BUT to someone you ARE the world ( this someone could be your mother, father, sister, brother or children).
Second of all: If you are feeling unhappy and depressed, depression can cause you to feel really awful so please go to your doctor and he or she will prescribed you some anti depressants. I am sure this will help you start to feel better and stronger.
Thirdly: Find a trusted friend or family member you can vent all your problems too, not just to tell them but to share it with them- this will take release some of the pent up feelings you have.
Finally: Try to sort out your problems step by step, make a plan with the help of someone to find solutions to your problems or to lessen the stress.
Once you have step by step done this and with the help of a trusted friend, try to take up any relaxing hobby that you will enjoy like Crochet or even Knitting- my sister said these make her feel relaxed and happy as she is always making something new for her place. You can even join a crochet club or form your own small one twice a week at home.
Be gentle on yourself and please go to the doctor- you will wish you had gone earlier because depression can be treated.

The way you are thinking it is very negativism. Try to change your point of view about life and problems. Always say to your self: Tomorrow is a another day and always there is an way out of it. I will make it. Make new friends and go for a holiday on a sunny beach relax and you will feel better maybe you are to stressed.

I have had the same problem myself for the past 7 years or so. Several times I would have died, if it would not have been for the fast reaction of some true friends. I was able to solve my problem by several ways: 1st thing is realize everyone has problems & things can be much worse. 2nd, find yourself some true friends that will stick behind you no matter what & help you when you need it most. 3rd is become a christian if not already one & pray for the good lord to answer your prayer, there are such things as miracles & he does answer prayers. 4th thing is find something to relax & relieve stress on a regular basis, even if its going out to a comedy club once a month. MEDICATION DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK, as it only masks the problems, not get to the source. You have to find why you are depressed, why you can not deal with problems and fix the roots of the problems. In my case my problems were stress building up, not being released caused me to be tense & not in a proper state of mind, along with problems with friends. The stress though caused me to not realize how simple a solution was to my problems. I had to relieve my stress by talking with people, crying, praying to god for answers, in which I realized I had to do something fun but occupying for I could keep my mind off of my problems. That for me was several trips to a local funny bone, or comedy club. That relieved my stress, at which time I was able to talk to friends more & feel better & come up to my solutions. I realized my problems weren't big at all, just required a little bit of stress release. I have realized though that I have to do it on a regular basis in order to stay stress free, hence to be happy & not depressed. That was my biggest problem, was not staying stress free. If you can't do it on your on, than find a counselor. Only get medical help from an ER, medical doctor, etc if you are having suicide attempts right now, other wise they will only prescribe an anti-depressant with no additional help, and that will not solve your problem. Counselors may gave you medicine, which is fine, but medicine alone will not work since depression is caused by an chemical imbalance of the brain and your personal thoughts and in some people including myself, was nothing more than not knowing how to deal with problems, do to your brain being "overloaded" by the stress your under. Also you may not realize you are under stress even though you are. I have joined a rescue team in the area, that does body removals for the county coroner's office, which helps me realize the bad affects of suicide on family & friends, as I do move those who has committed the ultimate sin against theirselves & believe me theres always people that care & do not want you ending your life, whether you believe it or not at the time. However medication alone will never help & I know that first hand as I haved on many occassions (50+) had people commit suicide while on anti-depressants. Anti-depressant will only help if its a chemical imbalance, which it is not always such, and even than you still must have regular counseling from trained mental health professionals. MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ARE NOT TRAINED IN MENTAL HEALTH & CAN NOT CURE DEPRESSION OR HELP DEPRESSION, THEY CAN ONLY HELP SAVE YOUR LIFE AFTER A SUICIDE ATTEMPT, REGARDLESS WHAT OTHERS TELL YOU!!!!!!!!
GOOD LUCK & MAY GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its s fact that every one ha problems and deeds... but you have think how important you are.... death is not a remedy for any problem.... you think so because you have no idea y you are here... the for most thing you have to understand is that every one including me and you are so important to each and every one in this world... so
make up your mind... calm down... and think about why you feel so.. then I'll get to come out of this problem... be cool... love the life to live the life....

Read John 3:16 in the new testament. If you believe in God, then you will not care about what happens to yourself, because God will take care of you.....if you have loved ones that you need to take care of, then remember what they are going to do without you. Please consider any children before doing this.....

Get revenge on the people that have hurt you. Don't let them win. You can destroy your enemy and be free. Punish those that have punished you.
