It depends on the duration of study that you have done and what level have you got on completion of your study.
I suggest you to contact NAATI to have your qualification to assessed so you know at what level your degree will be recognised in Australia. Do not be surprised that sometimes a Master degree from Indian university is only recognised as a Bachelor Degree level in Australia.

If ur university is not well recognized in world then dont worry.......only name of ur degree will give hold in other countries(in such case uni doesnt matter)......so go ahead and complete ur degree.......aus wil definately consider u for ur qualification.
