Felon describes a very large group of crimes. I'm sure the person will be scrutinized. This is also a shot at rehabilitation which is something that Libs are always complaining about. I'm thinking these felons will be typical slackers that will not fulfill there obligations.

For many years this was common practice . Young men caught committing crimes would often be given a choice prison or the military . See its a question of to much time on peoples hands . This often lead to criminal activity . They had no jobs in the community so they would end up committing crimes which would then land many a young white boy in prison or the military .
