I think it does. Men are much more visceral in their sexual attractions. While the emotional element does come into play, I think the initial physical desires can override personalities much more effectively than in a male to female interaction. Men can "get to the point" much faster in a same sex scenario.

I don't think a male-to-male attraction dynamic has anything to do with it. I think it is more along the lines of sex drives in males is very high, and if a man likes men, it makes it easier to set up sexual situations!

Nice question, though!

I think since there are two sets of individuals with a predisposition for a higher level of testosterone, which influences sex drive, you could derive the conclusion that it is, "easier" for homosexual males to seduce one another sexually. Also keep in mind that it is easier for gay men to have more sex because society is teaching us left and right that that's what we do... is it one? is it the oother? or maybe both... you decide! ;-p

I think the key lies in the fact that we are still programmed to HUNT and SPREAD the seed.

Ken Wilbur stated that the main purpose of a primal man filled with testosterone was to F it or kill it. Well, most of us are not killers, and we are not planning to breed so we can be less discriminatory where we leave our seed.

I believe it does because men are more naturally pre-disposed toward sex and are especially so when physically aroused. Also, casual sex seems more commonplace and accepted in gay culture although I think it does some damage too.
