They want port details such as :

- Discharging rate & method of discharge
- Restriction at the port
- Draft of the port
- LOA(length over all for vessel to berth)
- Beam limitation (max width of the vessel)
- Air draft(limitation for the height of vessel)
- Regulation of the port.

draft of the port - how deep the water is at different tide levels so ships entering the port do not hit bottom. LOA and beam limitation - you answered those two yourself. A ship has to fit in the berth.
