it is so weird how much you can feel similar to a person and close to them, but they don't feel the same about you. if there is that major connection pulling you toward them, why aren't they pulled back to you?
its an odd feeling. knowing that there are people you like that may never like you. that all the wrong people WILL like you. that maybe a complete mutual connection could never be found.

In life, it is natural for us to chase after something we can't get. For example, when you were little, you would never play with the red ball until your mother comes and takes it away; then you would do anything to get it back.
So, all the people that you don't like ( u mite tend to leave them out of your sight), they wuld want to chase and get you. And the people that you feel like you love ( you tend to act extra nice to them to try and get the same affection of love), they will naturally dislike you for this. .. SO if you act the opposite, you might have a chance to discover the mutal connection.

I know exactly what you mean. I had a friend once that I felt so close too. all was great until i started feeling clser to her and she started pulling away. I don't speak with her any more and it still hurts. we see each other at school. she is so closed up that others think it scared her because she started feeling close to. i respect her decision to not be freinds anymore even though it hurts. who knows what the future holds.

Wow - a pessimist in our ranks!

Unrequited love is painful to endure, but that doesn't signal the end of your love life nor your search (and possible success) at finding "The One"

I don't know quite what you mean. I've always thought that it was very difficult to like people who didn't like you.
