Yes. If you got married in the space, you both have to go to space a second time in separate shuttle and get divorce there.

In the USA, no usually. If you are Roman Catholic, it is a whole different matter. You have to go before a marriage tribunal, and try to get an annulment, etc. Or in some other religious jurisdictions, it also may be different, as in Judaism.
