I'm an Anti-Valentine, it sucks for me....today I discovered that my crush is married and have kids....it's awful but I'll get over it hopefully..I know that there's someone for me out there but I can't see him and he can't see me. Sometimes we plan our love life and we fail becoz fate has other plans for us that are even better for us I guess.

Valentine person here.
But... Having Valentine and not having Valentine is not such a big deal. It is much more important that you have someone you can count on during all 365 days to be there for you, to give you advice and listen you and hug you, than to have someone who will buy you bunch of roses and enormously expensive chocolate on 14th of Feb.

You can not plan love life. That is simply not possible. Just embrace the present and hope for lighter future. Only if you know how strong and weak you are, you can be capable to love and recognize true love.

And this comes from person that had spent 25 Valentines alone, but believes in love and knows that sole fact that there is someone for her means that she will meet him for sure. And there is someone.

I use to hate V-day. I never had anyone and I always felt miserable. Now that I have a bf, I love V-day.

Although I dont think it's just about a love relationship with a lover or a crush or anything like that. I think it is also a day where you can appreciate all the people in your life and show it.

Anti, because i don't need a set day to tell my girl I love her or get her something. Everyday could be Valentines

I've been Anti-Valentine's Day since about the eighth grade (I'm 26 now); people should celebrate their love (if they have it) every day, not just on one day that basically forces everyone to feel inadequate whether they're in a relationship or not.

I am a bit of both, I am pro valentine because I would like to have someone to love, but Anti-valentine because I have nobody to love or be loved by.

I don't think Valentine's Day is anything but an excuse to spend money on flowers, chocolates, etc. If you love someone, you don't just wait until Feb. 14 to do that. You do it randomly throughout the year.
