I'm a Construction Electrician. I see improvements all the time some to make people's lives easier and quite a few to make my life safer. When engineers and architects dole out changes and improvements they don't always think them through. We had a new system that was supposed to install as a unit in each room of a hospital to make building them easier and faster. We found out though by trying them out first to become familiar with them that they created an explosive environment if used around flammable medical gases. What works on paper might not line up with real life.
