after pressing the ctrl + prnt screen key, open either a new microsoft word document or a new ms paint window.
use ctrl + V key to paste the screen image to that.

Then you can easily take the print out of that image or ms word document.

Hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, then go into something like Microsoft Word and open a blank document, hit CONTROL + V to paste, you will see your screen image in the document.
