A panty or underwear with a thin cloth or string to allow the butt cheeks to be bare. Looks like a t from behind and a regular panty from the front. Both men and women use them . Although mostly women use them. they are good to use when you are wearing tight clothing to avoid seeing the panty line. =) Hope this helped. Apparently invented in Brazil, it doesn't produce panty lines when wearing pants and it leaves your buttcheeks fully exposed. This kind of underware can be very uncomfortable sometimes, and it is said to be bad and not good to be used very often. The use of this underwear while wearing a pad during a female's period is not recommended since there is minimal space for the pad to be placed on.

I think there are mens thongs and mens G string or at lest one of them exists.
