try to eat more protein, carbs, etc and build your muscles by weight training, jogging, sports, etc.
if your physique is a genetic thing and not a lifestyle choice, that might help you gain some weight, but if your body functions fine at your weight, you shouldnt worry too much about it unless you think you look emaciated or something.
if there is an eating disorder, you might want to get counselled (sorry to presume this, but you did not specify why you are too skinny).

boost ur meals instead of having 3 meals a day make it 5-6 and try to have lots of iron in ur food.dont complain there must be a reason y ur skinny.
