For a natural conception, you can't.

If you need to have a boy for any reason eg: sex-related genetic disorders, then it is possible using IVF, as they can pre-select only XY chomosome embryos for implantation.

Ask your doctor for further information.

A male sperm moves faster than a female one. However, its lifespan is shorter than a female. If you really want a boy and are not in a hurry to have one, you may try to ejacuate as close as possible to the time when your wife is most fertile. After that, your wife is to remain lying on the bed so that gravity will not slow down the movement of the male sperms. Meanwhile, you try consuming food higher in calcium and proteins while your wife consumes more vegetables and fruits. I was a bio student last time and I had my baby based on this theory. Now I am 26 weeks pregnant with a boy. I also shared with some friends and they also had boys. Good luck!

I have 4 kids, and for me I just "knew" what I was having. Mother instinct I guess. But the other girl is right about the Chinese Calendar. It is a prediction graph that bases the baby's gender on the mothers age at the time of conception. I have used it in my last 2 pregnancies and it was right each time. Check it out. Good Luck.

you really can't- it depends which sperm fertilizes the egg and what genes were in both the egg and the sperm to determine what the gender of your baby will be. just trick yourself into thinking you really really want a girl, and it will be a boy. I really wanted a girl and i got a boy, my sister wanted a girl and got a boy and my best friend wanted a boy and got a girl... maybe there's a pattern there? Good luck!

Talk to your husband; it's his genes which determine the gender of the baby.
