Hi, if you are already a eBay member, (if not you would need to join and get a certain amount of feedback first, before opening a shop) you can get a tutorial on eBay "how to open a shop", and it will take you through step by step. As what to sell it is hard, as with a shop you need to sell a certain amount each week or month. I am a buyer/seller on eBay, and when i sell it is general stuff like the children's old games and games consoles, named clothes, and anything else we don't want or use any more. Also with a shop you would need to sell something that every one would want to buy so that you do not make a loss, is it new items that you would want to sell? Hope this helps a bit.

If you don't know anything about Ebay, you can look around as a guest before you sign up. You should start by listing a few items. You do not need a store right away. The best product to sell is something that you have a large quantity of, something that you are knowledgeable about and/or something that you are passionate about. Start by buying some things that interest you and then resell them for a higher price. You could also list some novelty items that you may have lying around your house just to try it out. All you need is a digital camera and a computer.

The best product to sell is whatever you enjoy. I love antiques and collectibles and have been accumulating them for years from estate sales and thrift shops and developing a sixth sense on what has worth and what is worthless. Now I am selling all of my accumulation on ebay, and I still go out and find more treasures to buy to sell, it's great fun. So if you like cars , sell car stuff, make up sell make up, or anything you like. I always thought it wouldn't be very productive to buy stuff from a online wholesale dealer, to resell the stuff on ebay. There will probably several hundred people selling the same items within a short period of time from the same wholesaler. Not much of a niche market.
