I'd put that 1 dollar on my debts. Getting out of debt will allow me to invest my money better in the future.

Won't make a huge difference now, but that's ok, it's the principal.

This is a ridiculous question. One dollar is not enough to do any kind of investing. Go buy a burger at McD's.

I'd hitch a ride to Africa. A dollar goes a lot further there.... it might be worth almost a whole meal... the trick is to find somewhere remote enough that they haven't been tracking actual global exchange rates for the past few years.
