I'll be travelling to Montreal, and staying one night at Dorval. Does anyone know of a bar or restaurant that allows smoking? And which hotels allow smoking?

Thanks!

Choice hotels offers smoking rooms, but that was already mentioned... As for bars and restaurants, there is a smoking ban all over the province. There isn't a place in town that I can think of that allows smoking, although some places downtown do have heated terraces.
As for what's in Dorval, there really isn't anything. I suggest you look into a room closer downtown, then you will really be able to see what this city has to offer.

Smoking is now illegal in Quebec at bars or restaurants. But most hotels have both smoking and non-smoking rooms.

For heaven' s sake why are you lodging at the airport instead of into our marvelous city?

All Marriot properties have banned smoking. But Choice properties do in designated rooms.

No public areas allow smoking, smokers keep their cancer to themselves in Quebec.
