Sony Entertainment Television has acquired the rights to telecast the matches live in the Indian sub continent. Sony SET MAX will telecast all the world cup matches in India.

Doordarshan, the national TV channel of India will telecast live all the matches played by the Indian team as well as the Semi-Finals and the Final.
