Can anyone help me with this phrase : Les repas est bon aussi.
is the grammar correct? or do I need to fix something?

You have a plural subject and a singular verb and adjective. Two previous answers showed making them plural. That's good but you could also make the subject singular: Le repas est aussi bon. (The meal is also good.) So it depends if the want to say meal or meals... your choice. Also adverbs(aussi) usually come after the verb.
