There are dragons in this world that exist, for Enigma who answered they don't, there is one called the "KOMODO Dragon" ever heard of it? Largest lizard in the world, can kill a Human and even its saliva can be used for medicinal purposes.
But a dragon in the traditional sense to answer your question, I would not believe either drug or alcohol induced, not even then, because if it were to be scientifically classified, then it would bear a completewly different name while its ancestry is traced though the millennia of evolution, much like every mother species of plant and animal on the Earth.

I've already have seen a dragon on two seperate occasions. I wasn't doing anything either times, the first I was watching a storm come in and the second time multiple people had seen it. I doubt it was any other spirit, since it was just doing dragony things...like flying. No motive to do it.

I will believe it. Also, they do exist. Reasons are that almost every culture and religion around the world revolves around the dragon one way or the other. I have also had close encounters with dragons before.

There are real dragons out there. I think it's in Japan and/or some Zoo's, Its called the Komodo Dragon. He's pretty quick despite his size.

I have seen a dragon, a purple dragon to be exact! It was very hard to believe, I even went up to touch it to make sure, and yeah it was a dragon!

There's no such thing as dragon in this world. If there is, it must be some kind of metal or plastic or something.
