1.First Display Says : Battery Low.
After putting Charge.
Deplay says Not Charging.
and Stopped charging.

U need to check out any loose conact of charger's plug or at the pin which connects to mobile.
Do try the charger with another AC plug point. if shows no result, Try using another charger of ur friends (N70's pin's not common) or visit any mobile accessory shop n ask them 4 a charger to check it out. If the problem resolves, u may need to get a new charger. else check out using another battery (No need 2 buy 1). Also u put ur battery on any other compatibe mobile n check it out.
If u finds tht Problem is with ur battery, u need to change it.
even if the problem resolved with another battery, Do try 4 a virus scan or U try upgrade ur phone's 'firmware'(Phone software upgadation) U can get information regarding this on nokia official website, under 'support' title.
A virus scan is always recommended.

some times the battery goes so low that that it indicates and then gets off
so after puting on charge just check out and switch it on again
or just check ur plugs cause
plugs r mostly lose
sometimes it happens with me too
but if still u r going throught same problem then go and show it to the shop from where u buied

there must b some problem in the charger or ur cells battery, chk it out.
