As for WHY he got it? I think he's just a smart man, *and* being outside the immediate vote at the time, he could look at things more rationally and objectively.

He didn't get it. I don't respect anyone who was against the invasion of Iraq. It's not like he knew that there were no WMD. Alot of sources said that there were WMD and he didn't think that was serious? There was no logical reason to oppose the President when this war started. I can understand people that have problems with the way the war has gone, but it's a disgrace that people support a man who didn't think that Iraq was a threat.
