To begin with, instead of trying to watch it online, I suggest you purchase Sailor Moon since American companies brought it across the seas to translate it for you (except for Dic, that was a nightmare.), and with purchasing it you give them a better ability to get more for us "otaku."
I don't know where you can watch it online, but you can certainly download it with various bittorrent clients.
