At Cartier approx. $18,000
At Zales, Kay etc approx. $6,000

D is a rare color, but you also need to take the purity into consideration. VS1 is OK but not the best. It also depends where you buy it: Sam's club or Cartier? even with the same certificate. Probably a few thousand dollars anyway:)
