No...just create or hire someone to put a small miniture greenhouse from plastic to cover your roses if they are on a fence then throw over plastic in a form of a blanket over your roses when they are growing on a fence or awning make sure your plastic is not heavy...

Probably. But I hear they are grown in toxic chemicals, I'll pass on roses. They are my favorite

coz roses are already in stores so they wont be caught in the rain/storm/typhoon/tsunamis/forest fires... etc
