For me it has to be Innuendo, it features Freddie Mercury's best vocal perfomances ever. Also Roger Taylor agrees with that!

Features the double A side single Now I'm Here / Flick Of The Wrist that first got me into Queen. Also has the superb opening track Brighton Rock - mighty fine!

I'm gonna have to agree that a Night at the opera is great!
I know its a compilation but greatist hits is always the one that finds itself in the cd player.
