u got to be satisfied with what u have, rather than asking for more.

if u ask more, u may have to lose what u have.

It just means that someone who is content is wealthy. A similar saying is "Money can't buy happiness," which basically says that the rich are not necessarily happy (and if they are, that happiness was not necessarily brought on by their wealth.)
