A baby can cut their first tooth any time from birth til about 18 months. Breastfeeding does nothing to change that. Just think of yourself as lucky because it would be a nightmare trying to breastfeed while they are trying to bite your nipple off. And well done for breastfeeding for 11 months. It's hard and tiring but you are doing such a good thing for your baby. Trust me, breastfeeding can do no harm to your baby - only insurmountable good.

You don't need to worry about it, they'll come in when it's time. Ask the doctor about it at the next appointment, but it really is normal, some kids just don't get their teeth as early. My son didn't get any teeth until after he was a year either. And I was still breastfeeding too, so I sure wasn't complaining. Enjoy it while it lasts, cuz when you get that first jaw clamped shut on your breast while he/she drifts off to sleep after the teeth come in (OUCH!) you'll be sad that the teeth had to come so soon!! Believe me, I've been there!!

My dentist told me that baby girls start teething in between 6 to 8 months old and baby boys teeth between 8 to 10 months old. My little girl though didn't get her first tooth in till the day after her first birthday. There is nothing you can do to change it, I was wondering to when she was younger because everyone had babies younger then mine and they were already teething. You just have to wait!

holiday it out. there is not any such aspect as putting an toddler that youthful to mattress "too early". If he's drained, he's drained! children substitute their sleep kinds often in the first 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, regularly for no glaring reason. that is highly unusual for a 2.5 month previous to wake in trouble-free terms two times in 12 hours so evaluate your self fortunate that you obtain that a lot sleep to date. Your success ought to ok be over! Feed him at the same time as he's hungry, enable him sleep at the same time as he's drained, rock him at the same time as he's fussy, etc. This too shall bypass - sometime.

First of all congrats on making the choice to breastfeed. Second stop worrying all babies develop at their own pace. You should enjoy nursing your while he has no teeth. my daughter is 6 months and old and has one tooth and it so painful when she accidentally bites down

First off, eleven months is not a baby, it's creepy, stop breast feeding. Second, kids get their teeth later in life, but not at a real given time, it comes when it comes.

babies get their teeth at all different ages, one baby (like mine) may start getting them at 3 months old. and then another (like my friends) may get them when they are 15 months old. it all depends on the child. and ignore the person who told you to stop breast feeding, they must have never had children.
