my laptop does not work!!! its a macbook, its new!!! what do you know about the waranty, because it cost me $300 dollars and I dont know if it covers coffe spills!!!
please help me!!!

Call them and ask if that is covered.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news. But their TAP program is nothing more than an overpriced extended warranty, not an insurance policy.

They do not cover accidental damages.

Sorry.

Most likely it is only the motherboard and maybe the keyboard that is bad. It would be a good idea to take it in to see how much a new MB and Keyboard is.

Do you honestly think they should even bother with helping you. You should know better than pour coffee on the computer. Accident you say? No not at all. You should know better.

Yes you can ask but do not be surprixed if they just laugh at you. I sure would.

five hundred is not much so go buy another.

it covers anything as long as you don't break it on purpose, but you should call them to make sure - bring the reciept of your laptop
