I just bought a clearblue fertility monitor and I started it this month and since I had already started my period I set the m on the 5th day which the instructions say I can do now I am day 14 and I have not been prompted to take a test. I tried doing one anyway yesterday and it gave me an error message to remove the stick. Did I do something wrong or is there something I should be doing. Any advise or info will help. thanks.

I'd like to suggest a book called, Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's been around for a long time and has TONS of information (including information to do a certain amount of diagnosing yourself) about women's fertility. I don't want to sound like an ad, but it can be MUCH more effective at helping you get pregnant than a fertility monitor. Might be too late though....

I was told that your most fertile 14 days before your period is due including the first day of period, so may be you have a few more days to wait good luck!!

you need to wait until it asks you to take a test ....otherwise your wasting them , if someone used it before thats why its not asking for you to test , if you are new to using it just follow the directions to a tee and you will be fine ...
