Is there any advanced studies of communication and response?

Question

Different techniques of approaching a common connection of mankind? or Understanding human emotions experienced through speaking or writing?
Even if the subject being studied were to be lying, playing a mind game (messing with people) intoxicated, even truthful?

Have there been or is there now any studies of this nature????

Can we be trained on how to read everyday common body language through understanding how to read another persons words? like by a phone call or reading a book?

Could I write something have it published and maybe I convience the ones who read it to buy a candy bar. Yes, maybe, who knows, but can I study how to interpet hidden meanings?

A bit confused question, more likely i may be mis-understood, but if it is like, does any other way of cummunication exist which we normally does, then answer is yes.

A cummunication skill of truthful, who can speak to any living being, in any language, even to trees, flowers, anilmals, birds, angels & beyond. Those who have not tasted cannot understand its path or practice.
