Im allways having headachs at least twice aday I dont know what causes it I went to the hospital along time ago about it but they were mean to me and nothing they did helped then some time passed and they went away and know there back can anyone give me any ideas I know headachs can be caused by so many things but maybe you know somthing that would help me thank you

Oh boy I know how this one goes! I used to get headaches everyday. I had went to a neurologest and he gave me a medication to take once a day. I took it for about four months and my headaches went away for good. I realy havent had one in the last six months or so. I would go to your family doctor and go to see someone that can help you on this. I believe the medication was Imatrex. Hope I helped you!

i'm having the exact same problem. it can be from reading in to dim light - try getting your eyes tested.
maybe a neck or head injury - i had a bad fall on my neck playing touch rugby on the beach.
some stress-related things like work or personal problems or whatever that keeps you worrying and stressed the whole time.
a new pillow could work wonders as well.
try your local chiropractor!!!

i have really bad headaches too, but do you know what works for me... BC's, they taste awful but i promise it will knock out your headache, and if your heads hurting that bad then you should take 2... good luck
