is it possible to connect the two computer with different IP address
example computer1 the IP address is 192.168 and the other is 192.176?

as long as they are on the same work group you can assign your own ip to each one! why do you want them so different??

If I'm understanding the question right, you want to share data between subnets, the answer is yes. Simply configure the firewalls on both systems to allow connections from those subnets and allow file sharing on the systems.

Okay the subnet mask should be same, the default gateway should be same and the domain name should be same and you are networked.
