No, it's not a myth. The temperatures are rising, storms and droughts are increasing, and the ocean's levels are increasing. These are all measurable. And, of course the earth is a finite system and has a "tipping point" at which pollution will permanently damage its ability to cleanse itself. I'm glad I don't have kids.

You are right...it may very well be a myth...
Going by the evidence I have seen...or rather felt...it seems more like a global cooling going on than global warming!
17 degrees here in San Diego this year!!!...killing off the avocado crop...
Snow everywhere (even south Texas) hmmm....I actually hope it warms up a little bit!
just when is this "warming" part supposed to happen?
As far as the limits the earth can take...hmmm..I've heard that natural phenomenon actually causes more pollution than mankind does...such as a volcano erupting (all the ash etc...) but the earth recovers...
I am very much anti pollution though also! I would love for us to have a very clean and healthy environment!

"Global warming" caused by man is a myth. I believe the pollution should be controlled because it is not good for the health. Even though the earth can clean itself...up to a point, I just prefer us to clean up our own act.
I don't even know that "global warming" is even still occuring...this february is looking to be the coldest on record for where I live. Our summers also have been quite mild (not at all hot) the past couple of years.
For those who believe that "global warming" is caused by man...the earths climate is dynamic, IT DOES CHANGE ON ITS OWN. Look in the history books...the ice age, little ice age, the medievel warming period. Even Mars is going through a warming phase right now.

If global warming is a myth.
Wait when you have to crawl on all four from high land to low land toward the beach searching for your drinking by the sea-sides in planet of apes.
By the time you reach there will know the limit of the pollution the earth can take or may not live to see the pollution in planet of apes.

I posted a question on the same topic. Just go with it man! By property in Alaska and start planting orange groves while everyone loses thier beachfront property and scrambles for the hills. By the way that will happen about 300 years from now.

global warming is a MYTH ?????
are you idiot?
why you want to ask a question when you are not willing to accept a truth?
if you narrowed-mind still can not see it this winter, wait till the storm season and the summer this year come, then you will see your myth become more reality.

You are horribly mistaken. Global warming is no myth. you need to watch "The Unconvention Truth" by Al Gore.
